Insurance firm teams up with UMass business scholars

PITTSFIELD — Pearson Wallace Insurance of Pittsfield has partnered with a small marketing group from The Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst to increase brand recognition and customer engagement. This graduate program in business and analytics provides candidates with analytical tools and skills that will be applicable to numerous industries. The collaboration combined the insurance expertise and small business functionality from Pearson Wallace with the technology driven marketing strategy of the UMass master's candidates. The partnership was focused on highlighting the specialization that Pearson Wallace provides for their clients, expanding brand recognition, and increasing social media presence. The agency's digital footprint became more substantial with help from the agency's team and the UMass marketing group.
