A big thank you to our 1st Responder HERO Lindsay Stromgren, Assistant Fire Chief with the Amherst MA Fire Department, for joining our conversation. Joining Lindsay is Beth Pearson, president of Pearson Wallace Insurance, and Isaac Paparo, marketing intern for Pearson Wallace Insurance, from UMass Isenberg Graduate school.

In our conversation in the video posted below, we discussed Lindsay’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and his involvement with the Amherst community. Lindsay touches on his team’s ability to weather the storm and he has managed his team to remain on schedule and COVID fear as of this writing.  We also discussed his weekly commitment to  as a Special Operations Team Member for the Mass Fire Marshall’s Office manning the COVID 1st responder testing facilities at Foxboro and at the Big E in Springfield.  We thank our local hero, Lindsey Stromgrem.

We then spoke about Lindsay’s personal involvement with Pearson Wallace Insurance. He touches on his experience working with Beth Pearson and the advantages of having concierge personal insurance service at an affordable price. He recalls a few specific stories citing concierge service during a claim involving his teenage daughter and putting 2 vehicles on the road during the Independence Day holiday.
